Development & Fundraising Officer

We’re looking for a Development & Fundraising Officer to contribute to generating funding
from charitable trusts, individuals, corporate, major donors and wider sources to help increase
the impact of CSE’s vital work.

You will work within our vibrant and dynamic development team; from managing databases and
handling correspondence to coordinating events, your role will be critical in ensuring we build
strong relationships with donors, cultivate partnerships, and raise funds.

Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to streamline processes will be
invaluable in maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.

Main purpose

• To work with Development staff to generate funding for CSE’s work from charitable trusts, individuals, corporate, major donors and wider sources in line with CSE’s strategy and
  objectives.
• To provide support to colleagues in the development team in the delivery of an effective
  and successful function of prospect research, project development, fundraising, communications and bid writing.
