We have an excellent opportunity available for a dynamic and experienced Development Project Manager to join our Commercial Property Team at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full time, permanent basis.The successful candidate will lead and manage the delivery of both WBC service and commercial development opportunities from masterplanning and viability to implementation and delivery, utilising expert project management skills to work with multi-discipline teams and across Council departments and with external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.This role requires a proactive individual with excellent project management skills and a strong understanding of Commercial and Residential development.Benefits:Not only is this an excellent opportunity, but it’s a fantastic time to join our team.
