We’re are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Manager to lead our Family Island DevOps Department.This position will allow you to work on our highly scalable gaming backend and our massive data processing pipeline, ingesting billions of daily events, and making sure our systems and infrastructures scale and perform at optimal levels.Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the team’s work plans, assigning tasks, proactively managing resource allocation;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams;
• Implement best practices for incident, risk, and change management;
• Plan and manage progress on agreed goals and projects;
• Hire, coach, mentor, provide feedback and hands-on career development;
• Advocate modern, agile software development practices.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in IT operations/DevOps/SRE roles with increasing responsibilities, including at least 3-5 years of team leadership experience;
• Experience with cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, Azure;
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD tools;
• Possess practical expertise in Linux and networking;
• Succeed in a rapidly changing technology environment, keeping abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies;
• Excellent ability to lead, build relationships, and communicate effectively to successfully manage and inspire a team;
• Skilled in microservices, containers, and container orchestration tools, with a preference for Kubernetes;
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with effective solutions;
• Proficiency in English.
