It manages bond collateralised agreements, collateral posting options and in general any kind of economic adjustment (generically known as ColVA) appearing in non-standard collateral agreements.About the job:The position entails:Pricing ColVA appearing in derivatives transactions closed under a non-standard agreement (such as bond denominated CSAs, or contracts including collateral posting options), as well as collateral driven transactions.Analysing and implementing market strategies to handle the complex cross-asset position arising from the Global Markets ColVA portfolio.Collaboration with Global Sales and Structuring in the design and negotiation of new/amended CSAs, including direct client engagement.Participating in the development and improvement of tools and models needed to manage ColVA risk.​What are we looking for?Previous experience and academic background:We are looking for a person with a strong technical background who has also had at least 5 years of exposure to financial markets.Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or Economics.Background in Financial Mathematics needed.Previous experience in trading (especially in the rates derivatives space) highly valued.​Languages:Fluent in English.​Soft-skills:Team player.Able to perform under pressure.Skills:English Language
