Leads cross-functional teams to deliver digitally enabled outcomes on time and within budget, ensuring integration and embedment in the focus market for growth, savings, and operational effectiveness.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEAccountable for the E2E UniOps plan for the market or country that cuts across business units and productsRuns cross-Business Units prioritisation forum with the Business Units CDIOs for the region, to align on the planLead for business deployment of products in national or country scope, working closely with products to ensure outcome deliveryManages business deployment, optimises performance and mitigates risksAct as first point of contact / support for UniOps in the focus market, especially where limited BU roles are presentEnsures operational continuityAccountable for local incident/crisis management, including cyber, privacy, regulatory, customer, otherEnsures products receive feedback from market / country stakeholders and advocates for user centricityOversees the integration of digital technologies into all areas of the business, improving operational efficiency and customer experience.Sits on the country leadership team if not covered by BU CDIO, and in the case of a regional setup, supports the senior most BU CDIO on the regional agenda requirements (ex: LATAM, EU)Suggests opportunities for leverage of AI and Automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectivenessEXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONSNecessary Experience & QualificationsIn-market engagement/partneringPrior experience in a commercial roleTech or data analytics leadershipExperience in driving E2E UniOps plan for the market or country that cuts across business units and productsAble to land cross-BU prioritisation forum with the BU CDIOs for the region, to align on the planWorking experience in product deployment, insight generation and actions to drive better alignmentExperience in being part of the country leadership team, and preparing for Market / BU Leadership meetingsPreferred Experience & QualificationsChange Management experienceSKILLSDigital acumen – experience leading digital (Data, AI, tech) programmes or productsBusiness acumen – cross functionalStrong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skillsProgram / plan management to ensure delivery of outcomesExcellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skillsOUR OFFERWork on the contract of employment, annual bonus, benefit car, and eligibility to a company shares program.Learning environment and personal development.Attractive benefits package including private medical care (Medicover); retirement package, private life insurance (Unum), sport package (Benefits System), 2 additional days of vacation; Unilever shop for employees; access to the learning platform; access to Legimi; psychological support via EAP platform, and many more!Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicants from all walks of life!
