This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Business Analyst to join a growing professional services business and play a key role in shaping innovative, client-facing digital solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional agile squad, working on projects that improve how clients interact with the firm and help deliver its long-term digital strategy.In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and technology partners to gather requirements, lead workshops, and translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables. You’ll ensure that digital products are easy to use, add real value, and align with both business objectives and client expectations. From discovery through to delivery, you’ll be a central figure in ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver measurable results.We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or customer-facing environment, who is confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll have a strong grasp of user experience principles, be comfortable working in agile environments, and have the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, practical solutions.

Expected salary

£40000 – 50000 per year
