• Content Creation: Develop compelling storytelling and marketing content across emails, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Email & Landing Page Strategy: Oversee the full lifecycle of digital content creation, from ideation (creative briefs, copywriting, translation coordination) to testing, launching, post-launch analysis, and optimization.
• Campaign Deployment: Collaborate with global subsidiaries to execute campaigns and share best practices.
• Campaign Analysis: Measure and analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics like CTR, open rates, conversions, and retention, while providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Product Marketing Support: Assist the product marketing team in day-to-day operations.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, IT, Marketing, Creative Studio, and subsidiaries to implement relevant marketing initiatives.
• Competitive Analysis: Regularly analyze the competitive landscape, benchmarking activities, and recommending improvements for continuous enhancement.
• Industry Awareness: Stay current with digital marketing trends and innovations.
• Strategy Development: Support the creation of effective product marketing strategies.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with graphic design, digital, and social media teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 2-3 years in marketing campaign development or digital content creation.
• Content Expertise: Skilled in digital content creation, storytelling, and brand communication.
• Technical Proficiency: Experienced with HubSpot and WordPress.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong abilities in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
• Adaptability: Proven capability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English; French and/or German is an advantage.
• Campaign Management: Proven ability to create, implement, and manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, targeting both direct audiences and collaborating with strategic partners through joint marketing agreements.
• Marketing Effectiveness: Strong track record of creating, deploying, and measuring the success of marketing efforts and investments across diverse marketing channels.
