about the role

Your Responsibilities

As a Digital Product & Analytics Manager you support procurement projects at group, local and internal level. You are responsible for the achievement of targets based on your ability to drive digital product’s development and maintenance and provide Business Intelligence to support alliance members in their day-to-day business. You manage the relationship with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This includes the following tasks:

• Create tailored analysis (e.g. performance KPIs, benchmark data, dashboards) and business intelligence for internal customers.
• Product ownership of BuyIn´s customer facing web portal. From features ideation to launch.
• Management of a small team of external IT developers.
• Promote the adoption of software solutions through proactive marketing efforts.
• Ideate, create and deliver AI powered applications.
• Extend data structures stored in the Data Hub to support new applications, tools and processes.

about you

Your Profile

You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.

You also possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in product management and ownership, particularly in digital and customer-facing platforms.
• Strong background in managing IT development teams, with a track record of delivering successful software projects.
• Strong experience in data analytics tools (specifically PowerBI) and database management.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English, French and/or German as a plus.
