About the jobSanofi’s Digital Medical Team’s mission is to support the Medical BUs transformation journey into a Digital first and Best-In-Class organization. A major focus is a Patient and Health Care Professional centric approach organized around 4 pillars (Insights, Scientific Engagement, Medical Information, Operations) to drive scientific excellence and enable tangible impact for our Patients. In this role you would join our talented team in Budapest. It is a unique opportunity to join a new team within an established organization.Main responsibilities:

• Understand the full Medical Digital & Tech ecosystem (eg. CRM, Data Foundations & Reporting, Medical Education platforms, Web portals etc…), Medical processes (Scientific Engagement, Global Medical Information, Insights Generation), Customer Journey and End-to-end Data flows
• Coordinate between Digital Data, Digital Medical, Digital GBUs, Digital Product, and Medical Business stakeholders to elicit Product Vision & Digital Roadmaps enabling Scientific Engagement and Medical Impact Analytics: Including Medical Omnichannel, Data and Analytics Digital Products
• Support Digital Products business case creation and ensure the measure of generated value
• Define user stories and agile iterations. Build and prioritize the backlog and manage the dependencies with other PODs and Product Owners
• Foster Standardization across the Business Units and Ensure the best possible user experience – internal voice of the user supported by UX/UI
• Ensure the resolution of the potential issues across the data sources and Provide updates to leadership regarding product issues and decisions to be made
• Ensure the delivery is in alignment in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements

About youKey Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5 years+ experience in relevant role
• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Work experience as a Digital Product Owner (certification required) & IT role
• Able to work in a global environment and matrix organization, and understand different models that may vary by region and business unit
• Self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and data-driven mindset

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum practices
• Prior Work experience in Omnichannel, Analytics & Data products
• Pharmaceutical Industry or closely related experience
