What will you be doing?

• You will be leading and managing multiple projects end-to-end across digital, cyber and automation systems,
• Validating proposals and defining delivery plans and resource needs,
• Motivating and leading multi-disciplinary technical teams to deliver projects on time & within budget,
• Managing changes in scope, risks, and budgets while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

What you need:

• Proven project management experience, ideally within an IT, Digital or Cyber Security background,
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies,
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and clients,
• Leadership experience managing technical teams,
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
