Digital Project Manager – Hybrid (London)💼circa £45,000 + Annual Bonus | Full-Time | Permanent
📍 South West London (Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office)Are you a proactive, detail-oriented digital project manager ready to take on your next role at a fast-paced, growing business?We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years’ experience to join a collaborative and agile product team. You’ll help manage the day-to-day execution of digital projects spanning software platforms, websites, and mobile app — all of which support the company’s global events and are key to their success.💡 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and owning the delivery of digital projects across product, UX/UI design, and development teams (supported by a Junior and Senior Project Manager)
• Coordinating resources and timelines to ensure high-quality outcomes across a portfolio of over 30 websites and applications
• Working closely with the software development team and London-based UX/UI digital design team to translate business objectives into actionable workflows
• Managing and optimising the set-up of digital event tools, such as mobile apps used by thousands of attendees
• Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and proactively solving problems to keep projects on track
• Using tools like Gyro to oversee progress, troubleshoot roadblocks, and deliver regular updates
• Assisting the Group Product Manager with ad-hoc research, competitor analysis, and long-term strategic planning

🎯 About You

• 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing or software-related project management
• Strong time management, organisation, and communication skills
• Confident navigating fast-changing environments where not all processes are set in stone — and eager to contribute to improving them
• Analytical mindset with the ability to see both the bigger picture and the finer details
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and multicultural teams (especially helpful if familiar with direct communication styles)
• Experience on the client or agency side — we’re open

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with event platforms, mobile/web applications, or digital media
• Familiarity with project management certifications or methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2)
• Hands-on experience using Gyro, Asana, Jira, or Figma
