Professionals that we empower to became leaders of change and to build meaningful careers.Your missionAs part of the team of our corporate digital capabilities team, we are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager – CRM reporting to the Head of Digital Capabilities.Your mission will be: As key role in our corporate digital capabilities team, you will lead projects and manage the end to end CRM life-cycle program.You will work close to the business areas (commercial operations, marketing and medical) collaborating and accompanying them throughout the most suitable solutions and supporting the digital transformation.Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand and needswith the business areas, understanding the processes and proposing solutions and improvements according to viability, scalability and value.
• Lead the development of CRM projects at a cross functional level, defining from their functional and technological requirements to solution implementation.
• Manage resources and external partners for the correct execution of the end to end defined operational model.
• Monitorize platforms and manage technical support and administration tasks
• Evolve and continuous improvement of the necessary architecture for commercial, marketing and medical business operations areas.
• Capture, explain, retain and share the knowledge of the digital corporate

RequirementsWhat you’ll need to succeedYou will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.You will rock at this role if you match with:

• Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial or similar.
• Experience in CRM and marketing automation projects for pharma that include all phases of their life cycle, and integration with other digital ecosystems
• Experience in any of the following tools: Veeva, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with master and transactional data integration
• Advanced English level
• Excellent analytical skills, Team player, empathy, active listening, ability to build value relationships.
