Join us as the Group Procurement Digital Strategy & Delivery Lead and play a key role in shaping the future of Procurement at MOL Group!About the Role:
As the Group Procurement Digital Strategy & Delivery Lead, you will spearhead the implementation of a standardized procurement IT system landscape across MOL Group. Your leadership will drive process efficiency, enhance data transparency, and promote standardization and compliance. In this critical role, you will serve as the business (procurement) project manager for the Ariba Buying & Catalogue implementation, working closely with MOL Group IT, external partners, and cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a digitalization strategy and IT roadmap for procurement, aligning with group strategies and business priorities.
• Oversee the design and content delivery of the ongoing Ariba Buying & Catalogue implementation project to improve procurement efficiency and achieve project KPIs.
• Act as the owner of MOL Group design templates for Ariba and other procurement systems and maintain uniform process and system standards across the group for procurement systems.
• Lead cross-functional integration, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities.
• Manage project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely task delivery across teams.
• Provide leadership to a team of up to 50 professionals in a project delivery mode.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: University degree (MA/MSc or BA/BSc) in Economics, Engineering, Law, or related fields.
• Experience:

• 3+ years in IT system development/design and implementation projects.
• 5+ years in procurement, including sourcing, category management, or operational buying.
• Experience in at least one transformation program.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills.
• Expertise in project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• IT Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP R/3 MM, SRM, SAP Ariba Sourcing Suite, Ariba Commerce Automation, Ariba Buying & Catalogue
• Languages: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Travel: Willingness to travel regionally.
