We are excited to welcome an Account Director to our Dacia International Team. As a key player in ensuring brand consistency across 40 countries, you’ll have the opportunity to deploy our central communication strategy and elevate local advertising initiatives. 

Dacia, Part of Renault Group, is one of Publicis Groupe’s most prestigious clients with focus on securing a higher and stronger market positioning each year, with results to prove this: 8 million cars sold since the brand’s launch in 2004. 

To make this happen, we have the following ways of working: 

• First, we work closely with our colleagues from the Project Development department to understand where each campaign is standing: the materials themselves (TVC, digital, Social Media, radio) as well as the campaign delivery timeline.
• Then, we keep a constant and close relationship with other Publicis agencies across Europe that will broadcast these campaigns soon. It’s also a double role -> we listen to the needs of our countries and make sure that their needs are considered when we develop the central campaigns.
• Our 3rd and one of the most important roles is that we are the brand guardians. We need to support our countries in making sure they are crafting the best version possible for that material, by respecting the international brand guidelines and the overall quality of that material, considering the local cultural and legal context.

Your primary responsibilities will include coaching and influencing local Publicis Agencies to align with our central communication strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with our Dacia Client Team, acting as proactive supporters for their missions in each main market. Additionally, you’ll manage our International Team’s junior members, providing guidance and anticipating strategic challenges. 

Building and maintaining trust with our central Dacia Client Team is crucial. As proactive supporters, we’ll ensure visibility into market mid-term objectives and provide timely solutions. 

Qualifications

We’re looking for an easy-going team player who excels at client service. Your sense of responsibility, perfection, and curiosity will be valuable assets. 

As an International Account Director, you’ll need +6 years of operational and team management experience in an international environment, strong organizational and prioritization skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and bilingual proficiency in French/English. 

We seek an easy-going team player with a client service-oriented mindset, a great sense of responsibility, perfection, and a curious, open-minded, multi-cultural outlook.
