Together, we’ll continue to create and deliver content that reflects the current and ever-changing face of the world.Job DescriptionBACKGROUND:NBCU TV& Streaming is looking for an experienced Director of Consumer Insights to join our team and drive primary research initiatives that establish a consumer connection to the Peacock, NBC and Bravo brands and increase engagement and retention among subscribers/viewers. This individual will use their prior experience partnering with Subscriber Analytics and Brand Marketing teams to set a primary research roadmap that supports strategic business goals. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Brand & Growth Strategy Insights and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to bring the consumer perspective into decision-making.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:A consumer insights/primary research leader ready to have an impact and help drive strategic decision-making. You should have experience leading quantitative and qualitative primary research initiatives in collaboration with senior stakeholders within Brand Marketing, Growth & Lifecyle Marketing, Customer Relationship Management & Platform Analytics teams to help drive business decisions. We are looking for a candidate with a deep background of leading a range of primary research methods including surveys, focus groups, diary studies, in-depth-interviews and advanced quantitative methods like max diff, conjoint and drivers analyses. You should also have experience working with analytics teams to marry survey data to first party user or subscriber data.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
