As a member of the Massey Ferguson Marketing team for Europe & the Middle East (EME), you will drive distribution performance and contribute to the development of the MF business across the region.

Your Impact

-Development of Market Strategy (market share, volumes and margin objectives) together with local BM.
-Network Transformation: define with Distribution Management and the MF leadership the Go To Market strategy. Drive the execution.
-Definition and execution of Dealer Business Plan Template and follow up
-Improve the MF full Potential through plans aiming to increase

-Coverage and conversion
-Market share
-NPS
-Invoicing/Order coverage
-GP
-Report: Define and provide to leadership team a set of reporting with a full business analysis
-Massey Ferguson LT Sales Performance analysis
-Dealer Inventory report tractors by market based on calculation and MDR
-Dealer Inventory Report for harvesting products
-SIP target setting and actuals
-CEMA business barometer input
-Marketing interface to define and implement the strategic and tactical actions.

Your Experience and Qualifications

-Bachelor in Economics, Engineering, Agriculture
-Master is a plus
-10+ year experience in a B2B business in a multinational company in the AG/Construction industry
-Fluent in english
