We are the face of HR to the business leaders. Partnering on organizational development and design, change management, developing and enabling talent strategies, Learning and Development initiatives, annual cycle programs, workforce planning as well as numerous run-the-business activities.Responsibilities:You will support the SVP Enterprise Security and the Enterprise Security Group (ESG) Leadership team, partnering closely with HRBPs in other regions as necessary. In partnership with colleagues in the HRBP Community of Practice you will be responsible for HRBP support for our Israel location as well as local HR liaison activities in Spain.You will be responsible for the strategic human resource support, providing client-focused strategies and solutions.
