This key position aims to structure, harmonize, and advance the group’s analytical approaches in close collaboration with research, development, quality, and other centers of expertise – representing over 300 professionals globally.Your key responsibilities :– Team leadership & scientific direction: Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of around 15 (scientists, engineers, lab managers), leveraging a state-of-the-art platform (NMR, HPLC, MALDI TOF, sequencing, etc.) to support complex analytical work.– Analytical strategy & digital transformation: Design and implement the group’s analytical strategy, harmonize research protocols across sites, and drive digital transformation (data structuring, modeling, predictive tools).– International deployment & cross-functional collaboration: Support the development of a new analytical platform in the US and foster collaboration with R&D, quality, digital, and front-end project teams to generate strategic insights.Your profile :– PhD in Life Sciences, Analytical Chemistry or a related field
– Strong expertise in analytical tools and omics/genomic approaches
– Proven experience in managing scientific teams
– Strategic mindset with a strong ability to structure and build
– Familiarity with data-driven innovation and digital ecosystems
– Collaborative leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
