We are seeking a visionary director of health economics to lead our exceptional health economics modelling team.This role has become available following an internal move, a testament to the growth and opportunity within our organisation. • Provide strategic and commercial leadership for the health economics function across the business.
• Own the health economics P&L, driving growth, quality, and innovation.
• Lead the development of proposals and build long-term client relationships.
• Champion new service offerings and contribute to the strategic direction of HEOR services.
• Act as senior lead on key projects, mentoring teams and ensuring high-impact delivery.
• Represent the company externally at conferences, client meetings, and advisory boards.

• A strong technical background in health economics, with expertise in modelling and HTA.
• Proven experience in leading and growing high-performing teams.
• Commercial acumen and a track record of developing successful client partnerships.

• The ability to translate complex data into strategic insights, understanding the “so what” that drives client decisions..
