Description :Essential Job Functions:

• Lead, direct and manage site operations at all Irish sites to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the client’s standards.
• Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client.
• Oversee daily staffing schedules, and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
• Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
• Responsible for training, development and motivation of employees to achieve peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities.
• Oversee accounts receivable, including client invoicing and collections, as needed.
• Process incoming vendor invoices (cost of transportation and overhead expenses), as needed.
• Analyze market trends to further develop scalable and strategic operations practices.
• Responsible for the execution of the applicable KPI’s per company standard.
• Other duties as assigned.
