About the department
The P&O team at site Anagni is a dedicated group of professionals responsible for human resources and organisational development. Located in Italy, the fill-finish site is new to the Novo Nordisk Aseptic Manufacturing network and currently employs just below 1,000 people . The culture at the site is characterised by an unmatched strive for excellence, accountability and a strong sense of community and collaboration. The team is committed to enabling strong business outcomes, emphasising a patient-centric mindset, and continuous improvement.
