• experience in dispute management, accounting, or similar roles
• proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems
• fluent in English and German
• ability to maintain good relationships with stakeholders
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• experience with process improvements or automation is a plus

Zakres obowiązków / Job DescriptionYour tasks

• manage and resolve financial disputes with internal teams, clients, or vendors
• investigate discrepancies and support reconciliation efforts
• perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to disputed transactions
• prepare and review journal entries for disputed items
• collaborate with other teams (e.g. AP, AR) to resolve issues promptly
