Across every part of our business, we’re pushing for better.Join us on our journey to #ForeverCaring as a Distribution Analyst and you’ll do the same.Position Overview:The Logistics Inventory team is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the operational performance and inventory accuracy across our Third Party distribution centers in the UK and EU.Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy through daily, timely checks and addressing discrepancies to final resolutionOperational support for Logistics and Supply ChainAnalytical support for Logistics projectsResponsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Convatec’ s current work instructionsProvide reports to management, distribution, and other business units in support of operational and strategic analysisResponsible for creating and maintaining monthly Key Performance IndicatorsYour Key duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for inventory accuracy in SAP and 3PL WMSResponsible for generating daily SAP stock reconciliation, while ensuring all orders are completed and ready for billingAnalysis of inventory including quality, damaged, short dated and expired stockPreparing inventory day/month end reportsIdentifying and solving reoccurring inventory reconciliation issuesProviding support for external and internal auditsAct as the primary point of contact for inventory for the third-party logistics providers in UK and EUManage destruction order paperwork, approval, and final destruction of product on a routine basisMonthly destruction activity and reportingManage the donation process of excess product as neededSupport cycle counts and Wall to Wall inventory counts, as requiredReconcile exception purchase orders with Planning team and PlantsCollaborate with IT on improvement initiatives and user acceptance testing.Ensure inventory is blocked and/or released as Quality and Regulatory requires working with Third Party Logistics to ensure systems match, maintaining required recordsCoordination of rework activities (i.e., redressing, visual inspections, etc.) with distribution centers and operations leadsResponsible for generating specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on cycle counting, Inventory adjustments, Inbound performance, Inventory accuracy, outbound shipmentsInitiate and track Global Freight Claims to the Distribution Center(s)Provide coverage for other Inventory/Distribution Analysts, as requiredSupport Global Logistics team as needed on key strategic projectsSupport warehouse transfers as needed by testing, on site meetings and go live supportSkills & Experience:3-5 years relevant work experienceStrong analytical skills: ability to analyze large sets of data and identify trends.Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)Vast knowledge of ERP SAP systems, ability to problem solve system errors, via root cause analysis and with an eye for detailKnowledge of international supply chain, customs and/or logistics operations is desiredAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritizeAbility to adapt to shifting priorities and work proactivelyContinuous improvement approach, being able to bring new ideas and challenge the status quoProficiency in verbal and written communications to present information unambiguously and clearlyWork collaboratively with external and internal stakeholdersOrganize and track project activity and critical next steps outlined during overview sessionsQualifications/Education:Secondary Level EducationHigh degree of skills in data analysis with multi-system experience such Excel, Access and IBPGood knowledge of the MS Office suiteExcellent knowledge of SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)Language Skills:Native polishEnglish speaking and writing (B2 level)What we are offering:Hybrid work (partially remote, 1 day in the office, you need to be located in Mszczonów, Mazowieckie, Poland)Attractive compensation package with Incentive plan and benefits (e.g. private medical care, group insurance, lunch cards and sport card)Our ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
