You’ve come to the right place!The opportunity: Distribution and Inventory AnalystIn this role, you will be responsible for Inventory and Third Party Logistics Service Provider (LSP) day-to-day operations, overseeing and optimizing reporting and processes ensuring on-time delivery in compliance with GDP and GMP. Occasionally, you will support discussions with clients (BioPharma companies). You will work together with another Supply Chain colleague and report to our Sr. Supply Chain Manager.We expect you to champion new initiatives and optimise current inventory and vendor management processes, closely working with Medical Affairs, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Program Management.What you will be doing in this role:Inventory Management:Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing carrying costs and waste.Develop and implement a process for Stock reconciliation and reportingConduct root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory discrepancies and deviations.Own the end-to-end inventory planning process, from purchase order creation to quality releaseAccurate stock control for different regions and (re)ordering products, considering market forecasts, the shelf life of the product, and legal requirementsVendor ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with third-party LSPs to ensure adherence to contractual terms and service level agreements (SLAs).Evaluate LSP performance by developing dashboards, conducting regular audits & stock counts, and lead LSP performance reviews.Collaborate with LSPs to resolve supply issues, improve delivery timelines, and optimize inventory flow.Drive logistics projects to support business objectives.Customer Order Creation:Back up for Customer Order Creation, ensuring on-time and compliant delivery of goods to patientsTroubleshoot problems in the supply chain procedures and take responsibility for the on-time delivery of the product to the customerData Analysis and Reporting:Use advanced analytics to assess inventory trends and make data-driven recommendations.Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate inventory status and performance to stakeholders.Identify opportunities for process improvements through data insightsOther Activities:Participate in (internal) audits and inspectionsSupport the implementation and progress of the new order management system (OMS)This is the right opportunity for you if you have:4+ years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Distribution or Inventory management in a Pharmaceutical / Life-sciences environmentGood understanding of GDP GuidelinesProven track record of managing third-party vendors and improving supply chain performanceFamiliarity with order management or warehouse management software.Highly proficient with excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plusAre adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is continuousEmbody a patient-centric approach, proactive accountability, and considerate collaborationWork efficiently but precisely with a keen eye for detailAct proactively with the ability to anticipate the next stepsCan work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skillsHaving strong relationship-building skillsHold excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAre proficient in Microsoft Office toolsWhat we offerServe a purposeful mission: helping patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatmentsInternational work environment, scale-up energy, and flat organizationCompetitive salary, annual performance bonus and equityGreat career development opportunities in a growing companyLearning and development budget, alongside internal knowledge-sharing sessionsAttractive pension plan, full premium covered by usHybrid work modelPolicies to support working parentsHealthy lunch at the officeUnlimited access to professional guidance by certified psychologists via OpenUpWe celebrate freedom every year with an added holiday for Liberation Day on the 5th of MayWho we aremyTomorrows aims to break barriers for eligible patients seeking information about clinical trials and support referrals to trial sites.
