Responsibilities:
– Lead and oversee the Distribution Export team to optimize operations and ensure timely delivery of medical device products to customers, thereby contributing to patient care.
– Manage and coordinate daily team activities, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment to achieve departmental goals effectively.
– Implement process improvements and quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance within the distribution function.
Requirements:
– Several years of experience in people management or Team Lead roles
– Ideally, experience in Logistics, Warehouse, or Distribution is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with experience in production or lab environments are welcome.
– Fluent in Dutch, with at least basic proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
