We’re involved in the entire journey from developing and transporting to maintaining and decommissioning these facilities.Job DescriptionMake your mark as a Document Control Manager for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. The Document Control Manager is manage all daily aspects of the Document Control Department and personnel to ensure a comprehensive service to the business. You will lead roll out and implementation of Document management System to Business Unit. In addition, ensuring that the business utilizes the function correctly and department interfaces are managed effectively.Your responsibilities as Document Control Manager:

• Delivering the Project Document Control service needs of the project teams and Clients
• Delivering the Internal Document Control service needs of the various functional groups
• Assume responsibility in the case of an escalation of a Document Control related issue
• Owner of the Document Control rules and procedures
• Owner of the Document Control BMS process and procedures and accompanying guidelines
• Ensures commitment, support and buy-in from internal and external interfaces
• Act as Lead and trainer for new Document management System and other document control systems and tools

QualificationsYou can make your mark as Document Control Manager if you have:

• Experience within a Management/Lead role with responsibility for management and mentoring of more junior Document Controllers / Administrators.
• Considerable Project based Document Control & Administration experience
• Experience with Document management Systems such as Proarc or ACC.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
• Considerable experience with document control systems and spreadsheets.
