With these values at the core of our business, our workplace holds an upbeat and inspiring team who encourage you to thrive on the opportunity to innovate and adapt to the ever-changing world we live in.Build your career in shipping and logistics, apply today join tomorrow!We are looking for temporary extra staff for 6 months to help set-up and build our current department.ABOUT THE ROLEThe main mission for the Documentation Officer Release is to ensure a smooth release process of the shipment, both for the import container release as for the export Bill of Lading release, while complying to legal and Group standard with the aim of continuously achieving customer satisfaction.The key responsibilities of the Inside Sales Officer are divided as such :Release & Counter

• Original export BL release at the counter
• Manage blank form ordering & distribution
• Delivery order – import release creation for merchant haulage
• Receipt & logging of the import original BL
• Coordination with GBS and other internal stakeholders in order to complete documentation queries
• Follow up on specific customs queries linked to cargo release or hold

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Experience within similar roles within Customer Service/Customer Care
• Effective communication skills
• Document management and archiving
• Containers administrative management
• Customer invoicing
• Knowledge of legal and / or regulatory frame
• Knowledge of port / country regulations
• Risk management knowledge
• Incoterms knowledge
• Software / IT Application
