Would you like to be part of a leading global investment firm? They’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Due Diligence Analyst to join their Client Experience Operations team — playing a key role in shaping a streamlined, client-focused, and risk-conscious documentation process that supports both current and emerging business areas.
As a Due Diligence Analyst, your tasks will:Ensure counterparties comply with AML/KYC standards for new and updated files.
Maintain accurate and accessible documentation for compliance and legal purposes.
Review and manage contractual data; handle related business enquiries.
Coordinate with Legal & Compliance to resolve exceptions and enforce policies.
Develop and improve internal controls and procedures to enhance client service.
Lead and support team projects to streamline counterparty processes.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on operations.
Generate regular reports and metrics for leadership and oversight.What you will need to succeed:1–3 years of experience in a related field
Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and client documentation handling.
Understanding of investment fund structures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
Fluent English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA) are advantageous.
