• Provide exemplary support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding car rental services through various communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries about vehicle options, rental policies, and pricing details.
• Assist customers in placing rental bookings and modifying existing reservations.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive rental experience.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team to enhance service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee vehicle availability and operational effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings and industry developments to offer informed advice.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the travel or automotive sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for assisting customers.
• Strong proficiency in using software tools for managing reservations and customer inquiries.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A collaborative spirit and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
