Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a Dutch Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance Agent to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide vital support to Dutch-speaking clients experiencing vehicle breakdowns or emergencies. Your primary focus will be to offer timely assistance, ensuring customers feel secure and supported during distressing situations. • Act as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients seeking emergency roadside assistance.
• Assess the customer’s situation and provide clear instructions and reassurance.
• Organize immediate assistance by coordinating with various service providers.
• Document all interactions and follow-up requirements accurately.
• Prioritize the safety and satisfaction of customers by delivering compassionate service.
• Keep yourself updated on roadside assistance practices and our service offerings.
• Work closely with colleagues to improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication abilities.
• Background in customer service, especially in emergency handling preferred.
• Ability to maintain composure and think clearly under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Experience working autonomously in a remote work environment.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, especially roadside assistance, is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
