• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ fit for positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress in our database.
• Enhance the candidate experience by providing clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• No previous recruitment experience is necessary; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with online recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A genuine interest in building a career in recruitment and helping others find their ideal jobs.
