• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and specific recruitment needs.
• Source candidates across various platforms, including job boards and social media.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to hire.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional language skills are a bonus.
• No previous recruitment experience is necessary; we will provide comprehensive training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to assist candidates.
• Ability to effectively use online recruitment tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
