Job Description:Committing to the one-team ethos, you will be flexible and collaborative and you will actively support all colleagues and other activities necessary to deliver the service objectives.As a Duty Manager and part of the Duty Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the team in the delivery of an excellent customer experience. You will engage positively with staff and customers, understanding and meeting their needs as appropriate.You are responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of the Centre, the management of the teams and the implementation of the agreed Service Plan.All correspondence in relation to your application will be sent via email.
