Dye Floor Operator

Responsible for loading and unloading dye machines, sews seams, inspects fabric quality during loading and unloading. Transports fabric to next process using tugger. Each associate is responsible for their own safety.

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years old. Ability to read & write, and comprehend written & verbal instructions. Good organizational skills. Ability to perform various computer operations. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a team environment. Good interpersonal relationship skills. Basic math skills and mechanical skills. Good visual perception. Ability to operate a tugger and forklift and have the ability to use hand tools. Required to make a log of activities.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED – Mandatory

1 Year beyond high school education/training – Preferred

Other Requirements:

Must submit to and pass a drug screen. Must comply with all company rules, including but not limited to: safety, attendance & other job specifications, and have reliable transportation. Visual acuity, listening ability, and excellent communications skills.
