They are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers across Europe.If you excel in delivering outstanding service, possess exceptional communication skills, and are eager to be part of a diverse and supportive team, this could be the perfect next step in your career!Tasks

• Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with customers via phone (30%), email, and chat, providing prompt and effective support
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure a top-notch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction, specifically for the Dutch market
• Manage Customer Interactions: Efficiently register customer data, process orders, coordinate shipments, handle returns, and manage warranty claims using our CRM system
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our company’s products to provide accurate and helpful information

Requirements

• Native or full professional level of Danish
• Full professional level of English
• Outstanding verbal and written skills that allow you to connect with customers clearly and effectively
• A warm, empathetic approach with a genuine passion for helping others
• A strong orientation towards customer satisfaction, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• A good listener who excels in teamwork and enjoys working collaboratively
• Not afraid to ask questions, and bring forward new ideas!
