The E-Sourcing specialist Level 2 will be responsible for managing several categories of medium to high complexity across the entire company. He will work closely with Category Managers (Global/Regional) within the Procurement organization to develop and execute medium to complex e-sourcing projects, as part of the eSourcing Team.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Managing global/regional categories of medium to high complexity, using stategic sourcing principles. Must understand the requirements/business needs of the various regions/categories and provide event strategy development including strategy, auction types and optimum auction rules etc..
-RFx (RFI, RFP and eAuctions) setup and analysis. Create RFX projects using existing esourcing tool.
-Provide supplier and business technical support on esourcing tool remotely. Supplier query resolution and supplier training, practice & coordination.
-Provide live support during eAuctions. Support analysis of the final bids, associated documentation including supplier selection support, scenario analysis etc.
-Complete post event Savings tracking & Reporting.
-Work effectively with the global and regional procurement organization to capture and validate requirements
 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

-English B2-C1
-Procurement knowledge (Overall PTP Experience)
-Excel medium
-Time management
-Presentation skills
-Ariba knowledge – Nice to have
