ECA FHPC Services Manager

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

This role is to manage, sustain, reinforce and develop the services business for this specific market within the ECA zones. Interface or bridge between the central services team and the existing SAM objectives is finding the best solutions for our customers answer to their need and support and guide as best the sales for team to increase our sales and market share. You will be based in France and report to the North Europe Services Director.

YOUR MISSION

• Accountable for meeting budgeted sales and margins for the assigned market.
• Elaborate sales strategy and guideline with the SAM
• Develop with central services team and BU dedicated products
• Support SAM team in establishing strong relationships with key customers and groups by building a network of contacts within their organization.
• Build strategic networks and relationships within sidel organization.
• Identify , asses market potential for assigned territory/business area and develop strategic and tactical sales plans
• Develop customer needs analysis with SAM team
• Initiate product development strategies (short and long term) through the Product Development Plan
• Represent Sidel at events/conferences/seminars when applicable and network with trade and sales

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English mandatory
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products for use in a sales management environment
• Required experience and skills:
• Minimum 10 years experience in services specifically on FHPC market
• Established customer base and network within t Food, Home & Personal Care and Wine & Spirit
• Market evaluation and analysis skills, planning skills; ability to develop and present a value proposition
• Services management experience; excellent negotiation skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Action results orientated
• Able to travel >50%
