ABB Shop is live and serving customers in 23 countries, with an ambition to further digitalize our B2B ecosystem. As part of ABB Motion’s 2025 strategy ABB Shop, powered by Adobe’s Commerce platform, seeks an eCommerce Agile Project Manager. This role involves collaborating with the Product Owner, IS resources, and external partners to streamline the global delivery and releases of our digital products using agile and scrum. The work model for the role is: remote/hybrid/onsite. You will be mainly accountable for: • Oversee the build activities in eCommerce service using the Agile framework, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and continuously meet evolving business needs. • Lead and manage development and testing teams to remove obstacles hindering sprint progress, ensuring consistent productivity, collaboration, and the achievement of sprint goals. • Coordinate with all integrated applications to manage project dependencies, ensuring seamless alignment and delivery of end-to-end solutions across multiple teams. • Promote adherence to Agile principles, continuously coaching and mentoring teams and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of Agile standards and best practices. • Lead and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming to ensure effective communication, progress tracking, and continuous improvement. • Track and apply metrics to measure team progress and performance, identifying opportunities for process optimization to reduce time-to-market and enhance customer feedback cycles. • Work closely with the Product Owner to build and maintain a well-groomed Product Backlog, ensuring alignment on priorities, and ensuring clear communication with all project stakeholders. • Manage release planning and collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth deployment of updates, minimizing business disruptions and aligning with delivery timelines.Qualifications for the role
