This role will be central in the management of the Skechers ecommerce platform and assisting in other digital marketing activities, like social media coordination or e-tailer account like Amazon.
We are seeking an experienced e-commerce professional with great understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, SEM, CRO, Content, affiliates, email marketing, and social media strategies.MAIN RESPONSABILITIESManagement of Email Campaigns:

• Create and run email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and journeys, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Journey Builder and Automation Studio will be considered a plus.
• Know how to build email templates by optimizing their layout.
• Manage the translation of content shared into English by HQ.
• Manage with the creative team (HQ based in the United States) the localization of assets (images, CTA) for Italy.
• Manage the mailing calendar in Asana in collaboration with the CRM & Loyalty EU team, proposing opportunities based on ecommerce site insights (traffic, sales)

E-commerce and digital marketing Performance Analysis:

• Monitor overall e-commerce sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key digital metrics and respond accordingly to optimize product placement, content, and boost engagement and conversion, leveraging emerging trends in the industry.
• Monitor the main email KPIs (opening rates, click-through rates, conversions)
• Ability to read and understand CRM and eCommerce dashboards and reports.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work with design and content teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging, while also leverage local opportunities to give visibility to local ambassadors and local events across digital channels (website, media, emails, social, affiliates, etc.)
• Collaborate with the CRM & Loyalty, Media, CRO, Content & Merchandising teams to align digital strategies with country Italy.
• Prepare presentations and provide valuable insights to decision-makers.
• Partner with affiliate network to drive strong partnerships for Italy.

General Digital Marketing Support:Assist in other digital marketing activities, like social media coordination or e-tailer account like Amazon.Stay up to date on industry trends, tools and best practices in email marketing and e-commerce.ABOUT YOU:

• At least 3/5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio). Certifications will be a plus.
• Technical competence in HTML/CSS for the creation of email templates and knowledge of responsive design principles are considered a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Page designer (or similar e-commerce platforms and CMS) an advantage.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
• Experience working with Adobe Creative suite or similar a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and broader digital marketing tactics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and attention to detail;
• Passionate about the fashion industry and able to be up-to-date with market trends and competitor strategies within the eCommerce landscape;
• Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory
