The client is looking for a Ecommerce Manager to join his team in Brussels.The E-Commerce Manager will have the following responsibilities :Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility across different European marketsOversee day-to-day Amazon account managementContinuously monitor market trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize conversion rates, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.Track and analyze sales performance, promotional efficiency, and customer engagement on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.Monitor and manage pricing and budget trackingCoordinate with brand and digital teams to ensure consistency in content, promotions, and campaign executionLead, mentor, and develop two direct reports, providing guidance, structure, and growth opportunitiesEcommercePet food5+ years of e-commerce experienceStrong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, reporting, and business intelligence toolsFluent in English and native German speakerSomeone who shares our love for animals and feels comfortable working in the pet food industryThe goal of the client is to help create a better world for the pets, their owners, and all who love them.
