Our partner is seeking an EERS Quality Assurance Analyst.The colleague will be responsible for reviewing EERS feeds and providing assistance to application teams, feed providers, business information security officers, and others requiring support for feeding data entitlements into EERS. The Analyst will participate in conference calls involving technical questions related to enterprise platforms, applications, and systems.Understanding and implementing the documented EERS Integration QA process.
Leading meetings with global stakeholders.
Assisting application teams in creating high-quality entitlement feeds into EERS.
Communicating QA requirements clearly and effectively.
Proposing continuous improvement suggestions for the QA process.
Analyzing and providing feedback to teams on feed quality.
Maintaining accurate tracking records using tools such as MS Excel.
Producing periodic metrics and reports on progress, issues, and risks.
Identifying areas of concern in current entitlement feeds.Additional tasks may be assigned by the direct manager, supervisor, or functional head as necessary to support the role.Elvárások / RequirementsKnowledge and Experience:Information Security and Risk Management.
Ability to manage time effectively while meeting deadlines and keeping management informed.
Capability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work occasional off-hours to accommodate global meetings.
General computer knowledge, with advanced skills in:MS Excel (e.g., advanced functions, macros, vlookup).
Reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Access.Understanding of data transmission protocols.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, international user base.
