All classes come with pre-planned lessons so actual lesson preparation time is virtually zero as we feel that rather than spending hours reinventing the wheel, it is more important to give teachers a better work-life balance and concentrate on actually teaching their students.The classes are lively and fun, and although everything is planned, teachers are encouraged to use their creativity and personality to bring the course materials to life in a stimulating way. Strong classroom management skills and empathy towards young age groups are essential. Although it would also be preferable to have some experience in teaching Cambridge exams, experience itself is not essential as we are more than happy to help new teachers develop and grow.Our classes run from Monday to Thursday and 16.00 to 22.00, and are all taught in our centres in the towns of Mairena del Alcor and El Viso del Alcor, which are around 20km from Seville. Due to the location, the role would ideally suit people willing to live in the town or who has a car and is able to commute.Native level English speaker preferredQualifications– C2 level of English
– Valid work visa/EU citizen
– CELTA qualification or equivalent
– Proof of suitability to work with minors
– Experience of teaching young learners would be preferred
– A working knowledge of Spanish would also be an advantageSalary and Benefits– We offer an excellent salary of 1,450 euros/month for 24 hours full-time
– All lessons fully planned so no preparation needed and a 3-day weekend as almost all Fridays free
– Paid local and national holidays, including Christmas, Easter and local Feria
