Job DescriptionBarrington James is recruiting for an EHS Manager on behalf of our client, a global leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity to lead environment, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives at a cutting-edge facility.Key Responsibilities

Oversee EHS compliance and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental standards.
Act as the Head of Prevention and Protection Services (RSPP), collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a safe and sustainable workplace.
Maintain ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications, ensuring compliance with national and corporate EHS regulations.
Develop and implement risk assessment strategies, workplace safety measures, and training programs.
Monitor regulatory requirements and proactively manage EHS-related audits and certifications.
Optimize resources and drive cost-effective EHS improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field.
RSPP certification and expertise in safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08, 152/06, ATEX, fire prevention).
Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards (certifications preferred).
Experience in HazOp, Zurich risk analysis, or other risk assessment techniques.
Leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
