What You Will Do

• Enforcing compliance with health and safety requirements at work
• Maintaining and actively contributing to the development of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015)
• Supporting and operating the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018)
• Liaising and coordinating with authorities and partners related to EHS activities
• Inspecting the commissioning of new equipment and machinery
• Developing EHS training materials and conducting training sessions
• Representing EHS topics during internal and external audits
• Continuously monitoring EHS legislation and changes, ensuring implementation, informing relevant departments, and verifying compliance
• Investigating workplace accidents and managing corrective and preventive actions at a systemic level
• Developing EHS procedures and work instructions
• Monitoring designated KPIs and performing necessary data collection
• Overseeing waste management and ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Managing and updating the chemical substance database
• Participating in the management and supervision of the factory access control system
• Coordinating radiation protection activities (EHS tasks and measurements related to X-ray equipment)

What You Need to Be Successful

• University degree in environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, occupational safety engineering, or an equivalent field
• Intermediate-level occupational safety qualification
• At least 1-3 years of work experience in a similar field
• English language skills at a communicative level

Bonus Points if You Have

• Especially advantageous: intermediate or higher-level environmental protection qualification
• Advanced-level occupational safety qualification
• Fire safety instructor or senior instructor certification
• Internal auditor certification for ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018
