It is only when expertise, highly professional processes and enjoyment of work unite that we can shape the future together.As Safety, Security and Environmental Coordinator for the production of the energy module you will develop and continuously improve safety, environmental and ergonomics systems. You are the main interface to the related central management system functions.What awaits you?

• Maintaining and managing all technology safety, health and environmental systems, related tasks as well as KPIs and management reviews.
• Ensuring all system related documents are up do date, preparing training materials for interested parties, managing and holding trainings.
• Doing follow-ups on legal and standard changes, supporting departments in the implementation.
• Representation of occupational safety, ergonomics and environmental topics in relevant department and plant circles.
• Being active member of audit teams and taking part on internal, group and third-party audits.

What you should bring along?

• Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene, engineering, safety (preferred) or equivalent.
• Ideally a national ergonomics certificate.
• At least 3 years of professional experience of perform ergonomics assessments, having knowledge on ergonomics software, IT tool is an advance in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of local Hungarian safety and environmental standards.
• A high level of analytical skills and knowledge of problem-solving methods.
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
• Motivation and creative drive as well as assertiveness and initiative.
• English and Hungarian language knowledge is a must, German would be an advantage.
