Job Title: Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Static)

Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to GBP37,000 per annum

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, training and development opportunities, company pension scheme

We are currently seeking a Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s team. This is a mobile role, where you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance

Responsibilities:

* Undertake planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems across commercial properties
* Carry out electrical installations and repairs where required
* Diagnose and rectify faults with electrical systems and equipment
* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with relevant health and safety regulations
* Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
* Liaise with clients and tenants to ensure work is carried out to their satisfaction
* Work collaboratively with other members of the maintenance team

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* Previous experience in a similar role, carrying out electrical maintenance in commercial properties
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

In return for your skills and experience, we are offering a competitive salary of up to GBP37,000 per annum,. You will also receive 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and have access to training and development opportunities.
