The successful candidate will support a shift towards a proactive, preventive maintenance culture while delivering exceptional technical support. Working a favourable DAY’S shift pattern, with a rewarding package and the opportunity to work in one of the UK’s most exciting production facilities.The ideal candidate for this role is a time served maintenance engineer with a minimum of an NVQ level 3 or equivalent with prior manufacturing maintenance experience ideally within a heavy engineering/precision engineering environment. If you’re detail-oriented, passionate about process improvement, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this position offers an exciting challenge with strong progression opportunities.Key Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled, planned, and reactive maintenance to improve equipment availability and performance.
• Use diagnostic tools to lead fault-finding and root cause investigations on critical equipment.
• Support a cultural shift from reactive to preventive maintenance practices.
• Record accurate maintenance activity feedback, including parts used and safety concerns.
• Contribute to reporting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
