• Lead and manage multiple electrical engineering projects with a focus on bus duct systems, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop detailed project plans, specifications, and designs for bus duct installations and related systems.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

• Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to project goals.

• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle.

• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and quality control measures.

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and project management, with a focus on bus duct systems
