Job Description:Within the Technology & Innovation (T&I) Area, we are looking for a Mid-Senior Data Scientist to join our AI Team, which focuses on applied research for autonomy-related products and industrial processes.The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:Leading the design, development, and implementation of models and products (computer vision is a plus).Guiding and mentoring a team of junior data scientists through regular coaching, code reviews, and project supervision (git is mandatory).Applying deep learning models for perception mainly (optimize, & fine tuning are mandatory , deploy on edge is a plus)Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Digital Transformation, IT, Engineering) to ensure integration and deployment of AI solutions.Ensuring model scalability and robustness across both cloud and edge environments.Keeping up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements and contributing to the team’s continuous innovation efforts.REQUIREMENTS:Education:Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.Aerospace/Aeronautics Degree with experience in AI is acceptedSeniority Level:Senior (5–10 years of experience)PhD counts as experience (and is a plus)Technical Skills and Knowledge:Strong experience in computer vision (segmentation, object detection, tracking).Solid background in time series modeling is a plusProven ability to deploy ML models on cloud and/or edge computing platforms.Proficiency in Python and major ML libraries (PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for scalable deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).Experience with collaborative development and version control tools (e.g., Git). – mandatoryExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.Language:English C1 mandatorySoft Skills:
