Employability Projects Assistant

This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

The University seeks to appoint an Employability Projects Assistant within the Careers and Employability Service. The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to support our flagship programme the Westminster Employability Award and support a senior forum known as the Employability Task Force.

We are seeking someone who is organised and can manage competing deadlines. You will bring experience in organising meetings/workshops/events, taking extensive minutes sometimes on complex topics, monitoring action points and being confident working with colleagues at all levels of the University of Westminster. The chosen candidate must have initiative to support project delivery deadlines.

You should have some understanding of the challenges students face about their employability and be able to support continuous improvement of how services and schemes meet student needs. You should be able to provide a good level of customer service daily via student and colleague enquiries.
